All skepticism aside what do you believe would be needed to achieve to pshift and what are your theories for how it works and what it would take

I haven't posted on this site in a long time and I don't come here often anymore. But if I have something to say I'll say it. The only place I could think of to say this at the moment is werecon. my first dream I was in first person perspective on all fours and i was near some woods and the moonlight was shining down and while on all fours i jumped over a neighbor's fence and jumped back over..

Had the weirdest thing happen to me just a few minutes ago. I saw myself standing outside, the weather nice, sunny with a few clouds covering, and I was looking across the street to a 1-story house with a single car in the driveway and a few trees surrounding the house. I look again then i'm in a backyard, watching a girl play with a dog, and a pretty big dog at that. The girl was throwing a ball and the dog chased it. The first and foremost thing to remember when handling an alpha wolf is that they are very prideful creatures who feel they should (and believe they do) own the world around them.
