Trying to catch up on what I missed I decided to go back through the blogs and around page 4 I realized that most of the blogs were going to be about information that isn't relevant anymore because of how much has happened between the time they were written and when I am reading them. So I was wondering does anyone have any blog reconmendations of older blogs that would still be relevant or contain important information. Thanks a bunch to everyone!

Hey, just wondering for all you p-shifters out there, what does p-shifting do to your body? Once you leave the wolf form what happens to your human body? Do you feel over energized and powerful or worn out and sore? After p-shifting do you have sore muscles and joints and everything? Does it leave really harmful affect on your body to a point you don't want to shift again?
